Welcome to Winstead Law Group, APC. We practice exclusively in the areas of tax, business and estate planning. Priding ourselves on client service, it is our goal to individually tailor plans to each client’s unique needs, educate our clients with their legal planning, and provide quality legal representation at up front and reasonable rates.

We do not believe that effective client representation can be provided by “cookie cutter” planning. Therefore, every client is provided with the personal attention and individualized services they deserve.  Also, as tax and estate planning frequently involve complicated and personal matters, when appropriate, we encourage our clients to involve their family in the estate planning process.

Our offices are located in Orange and San Diego Counties and are easily accessible from the I-5 and I-405 freeways and the 73 Toll Road.  However, as many of our clients have hectic schedules or are unable to drive long distances, we are willing to meet at your home or office and outside of standard office hours at no additional charge.
